Mobile accepts Visa and MasterCard. On certain qualifications, terms are also available.

RESTOCKING POLICY

At Mobile’s discretion, standard products may be returned but would be subject to a restocking fee. Before any product is returned, please review the RMA procedures and contact Customer Service for further instructions.

RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY

Mobile Industries provides an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for standard models, as a courtesy to distributors if the product they have received is not what was ordered. Before returning a product, please contact Customer Service and request and RMA. Only standard units are returnable. Custom/Special Order products are non-returnable. All returned product and parts are subject to a restocking fee. Returned product must be shipped back to Mobile at the customers expense. Any credit to be issued will be less the restocking fee and any costs associated with refurbishing the product, regardless if done during return shipment.
